The South African Human Rights Commission (SAHRC) has compiled a guide in terms of Section 10 of PAIA, containing information for any person who wishes to exercise any right contemplated in PAIA. This guide is available for public inspection at our registered offices or on the Information Regulator’s website.

04. Processing of Personal Information
Purpose of Processing:
To provide industrial-sector sales intelligence and identity resolution services for B2B procurement and supply chain optimization.
Trans-border Data Flows:
Data may be processed on secure infrastructure located in the EU or USA via our hosting partners (Vercel/AWS), governed by standard contractual clauses ensuring POPIA-equivalent protection.

Requests for access to records must be made using the prescribed Form 2. A request fee may be applicable as determined by the Information Regulator. We will respond to all valid requests within 30 days.
